Sorry I haven’t had much time to write lately, but here are some highlights from the last two weeks:
- • Had lunch with Paul last Saturday for the first time since his wedding last summer.
- • Went to the summer Pohl party at my cousin Leslie’s house later that afternoon.
- • Spent last Saturday evening with my mom and Dan, had an early birthday dinner at Bravo.
- • Mark’s press conference on Monday was a hit – lots of TV, radio and print coverage.
- • Had lunch with Wanda and Kim at Kewpee’s, got to catch up with my former co-workers.
- • Got to see Stefy on Thursday evening for the first time in a week and a half.
- • Watched Michael Phelps win seven gold medals (maybe eight, after tonight).
- • Tomorrow I’m going to the race at MIS with Mark, who is serving as an honorary official.
