Okay, so after about six or seven years of the same hairdo, I’m trying to change things up a bit. Believe it or not, I actually bought a comb!
Right now my goal is to grow it out and and go for the Clooney look, as seen on this EW cover with that other loser.
This whole project seemed daunting at first — I normally would’ve gotten a trim about a week ago — but the way things are going (including the number of grays that are popping up all the time), it might not be as tough as I originally thought.
Of course, we already know that I have surpassed George in the good looks department — that goes without saying — but if my hair decides to take a turn for the worse (and I go bald), then I want to look like Patrick Stewart:

george has nothing on my zacky’s quick wit and charm, not to mention his adorable high pitched laugh or volumes of knowledge that cover all spans of star trek…
and speaking of, they were talking on the radio this morning about the new harry potter book and whether or not people will cry at the end if harry or someone else big dies… and other people were calling in talking about other books or shows or things that made them cry and this trekkie called in and talked about different episodes of star trek that made him tear up… and then he mentioned star trek 2, when spock dies… haha he was like “spock was the most human!”
although he’s half human, half vulcan. correct.
Spock: Is the ship… out of danger?
Kirk: Yes.
Spock: Don’t grieve, Admiral. It is logical. The needs of the many outweigh…
Kirk: The needs of the few.
Spock: Or the one. I never took… the Kobayashi Maru test. What do you think… of my solution?
Kirk: Spock…
Spock: I have been and always shall be your friend.
[Holds up his hand in the Vulcan salute]
Spock: Live long and prosper.
Dude, if you make your way further down south in Ohio, like Cinci, let me know and maybe we can meet up since it’s only like a hour and a half away!
Probably not. Cinci is about 1.5-2 hours South of Columbus, and I doubt we’ll make it that far down on this trip :-/
Don’t worry, we’ll make it work one of these times.
How’s married life treating you, BTW?
Married life is great. We just made it through the first week in our new apartment and my wife is fantastic. We went out and bought a cool dining room table set today at a flee market. Been keeping fairly busy with work and home life but it couldn’t be better. Hope to see you soon. Tell Stef I said hey!
You guys are so cute.
